How We Deliver in 10 Days

The 10-day timeline focuses on a functional prototype that proves the concept - not a full production system. We validate feasibility upfront and have clear scope boundaries to ensure delivery confidence.

Data readiness is assessed during Days 1-2. We work with whatever data you have available - even incomplete datasets can provide valuable insights. We can use synthetic data, public datasets, or sample data to prove the concept. The key is demonstrating the AI approach works; data can be enhanced in production deployment.

Compliance is built in from Day 1. Our team includes specialists in HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, and other frameworks. We design the architecture with compliance in mind, implement necessary controls, and provide documentation for audit purposes. We've successfully delivered compliant prototypes for healthcare, government, and financial services clients.

You receive a complete prototype, technical documentation, deployment plan, and scaling roadmap. Many clients choose to continue with our production deployment services, but you also have everything needed to proceed internally. We provide 30 days of post-delivery support to ensure successful handoff.

Minimal but critical involvement. We need 2-3 hours daily from key stakeholders during Days 1-2 for requirements gathering. During development (Days 3-7), we need 30 minutes daily for progress updates and 1 hour weekly for demonstrations. Days 8-10 require more involvement for testing and knowledge transfer - approximately 2-3 hours daily.

Our comprehensive upfront process (Days 1-2) prevents misaligned expectations. We define clear success criteria and get stakeholder sign-off before development begins. If technical challenges arise, we pivot the approach while maintaining the core objectives through thorough planning and continuous stakeholder engagement.
