Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the SYRV AI, LLC ("SYRV AI," "we," "our," or "us") website at syrv.ai and any pages, forms, or demonstrations hosted on it (together, the "Site").

They cover use of the Site itself. They are not the agreement under which we deliver work to clients — see Section 5.

How we handle information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

You may view, browse, and use the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes, including reading our materials, using calculators or demonstrations we make available, and contacting us.

You may share links to the Site freely, and quote short excerpts with attribution.

When using the Site, please do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission
• Interfere with the Site's availability, including through excessive automated requests
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details for unsolicited marketing
• Use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful, misleading, or infringing material
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice on Site content

Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to contact us at info@syrv.ai before testing anything.

Nothing on this Site creates a services relationship, and these Terms do not govern one. Work we perform for clients — including AI agent deployments, prototypes, integrations, and any handling of client data — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

Where these Terms and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Descriptions of our services on this Site are for information only. They are not commitments, warranties, or an offer capable of acceptance.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, logos, and the SYRV name and marks — are owned by SYRV AI, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you no license to our trademarks. Everything not expressly permitted in Section 3 is reserved.

Ownership of work product created during a client engagement is determined by that engagement's signed agreement, not by these Terms.

If you contact us through a form, email address, or scheduling link on the Site, we use what you send to respond and to evaluate whether we can help. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.

Please do not send confidential, privileged, or regulated information through the Site. Site forms and general email are not a secure or confidential channel, and sending something through them does not create any duty of confidentiality on our part. If you need to share sensitive material, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel under a signed agreement.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

The Site may link to, or embed, services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Parts of the Site may include AI-generated output, interactive demonstrations, or estimates produced by automated tools.

Treat that output as illustrative, not as advice. It may be incomplete or wrong, and it is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for a decision without independent verification by a qualified professional.

Estimates produced by calculators on the Site are modelled figures based on the inputs given. They are not quotes and not a prediction of results.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYRV AI, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. They also do not alter the liability provisions of a signed client agreement, which govern that engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYRV AI, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or in violation of applicable law or the rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Kenton County, Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
